How It Works
Designed to run without adding work to your team.
Metamora Works handles the planning, installation, technology, management, support, and removal of the Community Mosaic Experience. Your organization provides the space and the audience — we take care of the experience around it.

We build the concept.
We work with your organization to define the theme, final mosaic image, branding, participation goal, installation length, and the best format for your location.

Metamora Works installs the experience.
We set up the capture station, display, software, and approved equipment for the project. Optional on-site printing can also be included when it fits the experience.

Your community participates.
Visitors, students, employees, patients, guests, or community members contribute photos throughout the installation period, gradually adding themselves to the larger story.

The mosaic grows over time.
Contributions continue building toward the final artwork, creating a visual experience people can revisit and watch evolve throughout the 30, 60, or 90-day installation.

We manage it throughout the run.
No dedicated staff from your organization is required. Metamora Works provides remote management and support, along with a scheduled on-site visit from our team each week.

We wrap up the installation.
At the end of the project, Metamora Works removes the equipment and provides the completed mosaic deliverables included with your installation.
